This officially my 100th post here on Polychromic. It's taken me a little over a year, but I've finally gotten there... And there's much more to come!
So, yesterday was the last day of school... After school, I went to the Adventuredome with my friends Shae, Shara, Anne, and Kimberly! I had so much fun... It was definitely amazing. (We bought all-day passes, which at the Adventuredome, are little plastic bracelets that are impossible to remove without scissors. We're having a contest to see who can keep their bracelet on the longest, and the winner gets... Something. We said maybe the losers have to make something for them.)
Now, it's officially summer. For some reason, I'm having a strange time accepting that fact... Maybe summer just seems like a bigger deal when you're younger? I don't know. I just still have the feeling like I have homework to do that's due in a couple of days, or something... I just need to relax, I suppose. Perhaps it will truly sink in when I go to California this summer.
So, we have a summer assignment for art. We have to keep a sketchbook and draw in it, paint in it, tape or paste things down, etc. I also have to read The Lord of the Flies for English.
Hmmm... I feel like doing something wild. Like... Staying up until 4 A.M. drinking sun-tea and watching DVD's. Unfortunately, however, my older brother Chris (he's 21) is leaving for Dallas, Texas tonight for A-Kon, and he probably won't be back until the 7th. This means that I'll be the only one awake, which may or may not be fun... I guess we'll just have to see, now won't we?
Well, I'm gonna go to Buffalo Wild Wings soon with my parents. I'm not entirely sure why because I haven't asked, but there's a 95% chance that it's to watch a Lakers game. Anyway, see ya!
