For some reason, a bunch of kids from my school and I were all at this weird gathering. There were a few adults there that I didn't recognize... We were all in this kind of big cafeteria/gym with a bunch of tables and chairs. Then, for some reason, one of the adults (a man in a suit that looked kind of like some sort of television host) had us put together tables and sit in groups separated by religious beliefs. (I know, weird.) There was one group of a religion I had not heard of (for some reason, their emblem was the @ sign), and just for curiosity's sake I suppose, I sat with them. I did not recognize any of the people in this group, but I sat and listened to what they had to say nonetheless. One boy explained what the group believed in, and I don't remember the specifics, but I remember thinking that the group was not at all what I thought it was.
When the boy was finished speaking, a few people at the table stood up, including me, and we took our chairs and walked over to the table where all the Atheists sat. I saw a few of my friends there... About six or seven. To make room for myself and the others moving to this table, I pushed another table against the Atheists' table, then took a seat. I began to smile and make cheerful conversation with those at the table (that was not at all related to Atheism)...

And that's when I woke up.
Yes, I am an Atheist, just for the record. I have been for a good year or two. I had never really thought much about religion, but when the people around me began discussing it, it wasn't exactly what I believed in, so I decided that I was an Atheist. Then, I realized that I wasn't alone, that being an atheist wasn't necessarily a bad thing, and I began to meet more and more people who felt the same way...
To those of you reading this who are thinking about commenting, please remember this: If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all. Being an Atheist does not mean I hate people of religion or that I think they're fools. I have many religious friends, and I believe that Atheism and religion can coexist without trying to destroy each other.

Anyway. Moving on.
I love the 1920's... Just the style back then. It was great. I might be a flapper for Halloween this year... (No, I am not too old to dress up. Be quiet.) I really want to have a big, fun Halloween party, but the thing is, Halloween is a week before my birthday (which is November 8th)... So would I be having two parties that close to each other? I don't know... But I've always wanted a Halloween party. I mean, I suppose I could always combine the two, but... I don't know. I would rather celebrate my Sweet 16th and Halloween separately.
Erm, well... There isn't really much else to talk about right now, so I suppose I'll be going. See ya!
